Article 2 (User Registration)

Article 3 (Sales Contract)
1. In this service, a sales contract is established when a user makes a purchase application to our company and our company notifies the user that the application has been accepted. The ownership of the product is transferred to the user when our company delivers the product to the delivery company.
2. If a User falls under any of the following circumstances, our company may cancel the purchase and sale agreement without prior notice to the User.
(1) If the user violates these Terms and Conditions or any individual provisions
(2) If delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an unknown addressee or a long absence
(3) Any other case in which the Company deems that the trust between the User and the Company has been damaged.
3. Payment methods, delivery methods, methods for canceling a purchase application, or methods for returns, etc. related to this Service will be determined by the methods separately specified by the Company.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1. The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") provided by this Service belong to the legitimate rights holders, such as our company and the content providers, and Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or make any other secondary use of the Content without permission.
2. Regarding this service, we may freely use (including copying, duplicating, modifying, sublicensing to third parties, and any other use) any text, images, videos, or other data posted or otherwise transmitted by users.

Article 5 (Prohibitions)
When using this service, users must not engage in the following acts.

Article 6 (Resale)
We do not accept the resale of products by unauthorized dealers, listing on auction sites, sales or arrangements for such, or the purchase of products or applications for samples for other profit-making purposes. If we determine that a purchase is for the purpose of resale, we may refuse or cancel the sale, refuse all future orders, or take legal action if necessary.
In addition, since we cannot ascertain the conditions under which resold products have been stored, we will not be held responsible for their quality, safety, expiration date, etc. Please note that it will also be difficult for us to provide after-sales service.

Article 7 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

第7条(本サービスの提供の停止等)

(2) 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
(3) コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
(4) その他、当社が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
2. 当社は、本サービスの提供の停止または中断により、ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害について、理由を問わず一切の責任を負わないものとします。

Article 9 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration)

Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Disclaimers)
1. The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects regarding safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, suitability for a specific purpose, security, etc., errors and bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).

4. Even if any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remaining part of the provision that is determined to be invalid or unenforceable shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 16 (Use by Minors)
1. If the User is a minor, the User shall obtain the prior consent of a legal representative (parent, etc.) before using the Service (including consent to these Terms of Use). If the User uses the Service without obtaining such consent, the Company may terminate the service agreement with the User or suspend the User's use of the Service.
2. If a User who was a minor at the time of agreeing to these Terms and Conditions uses the Service after reaching adulthood, the User will be deemed to have ratified the use of the Service while the User was a minor.
3. The Company may restrict the use of all or part of the Service depending on the User's age. The scope and content of the restrictions will be determined separately.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Furthermore, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to the Service shall be excluded.
2. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
