Returns and Refunds Policy
This indicates the conditions and period for returning or refunding purchased items.
■ About returns
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns for reasons related to the customer after the product has arrived.
If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, explaining the reason for return.
After receiving the product, we will refund the product price or exchange it for the same product or the same quantity. We will cover the shipping costs for returns. Please note that product packaging (gift boxes, bags, wrapping materials, and packing materials) is used for the purpose of protecting the product, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products or packages only due to packaging damage. If the packaging is damaged during delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the delivery company in charge.
*Products purchased from sites other than the MONTANA official website are not eligible. If you purchased the product at a store, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
■ Return Method
After receiving a reply from us stating that your return has been accepted, please check the following points and return the item within 10 days of the application date. Please be sure to return the item using a method that allows for tracking, such as Yu-Pack or a courier service such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
If the registered information and the information on the shipping slip are different, we will not be able to accept the package. In addition, we will not be responsible for any shipping fees incurred in such cases. Please keep the copy of the shipping slip for three months just in case.
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please send the product "prepaid". We cannot accept returns if you pay on delivery.

When paying by credit card
Once we have confirmed the returned product, we will cancel the payment. Once the process is complete, we will notify you by email. Please note that the timing of the process varies depending on the card company. There may be some variance in the time it takes for the money to be returned to your card, so please understand this in advance.
